Sir Stephen Hough returns to perform Mendessohn's Piano Concerto No. 1 along with the East Coast premiere of his own concerto, The World of Yesterday. VSO also performs Wojciech Kilar, and author M. T. Anderson joins as narrator for Anna Clyne's Sound and Fury.
