The Vermont Symphony Orchestra offers year-round entertainment from full-scale symphonic performances and summer and holiday pops concerts, to engaging chamber music groups performing around the state.
The 2023-2024 season will be hosted in 18 communities throughout the Green Mountain State. In October, their Jukebox quartet travels to South Burlington, Rutland, and Manchester with intimate concerts featuring painter Julio Desmont, followed in November by VSO's Made In Vermont concerts with guest soul singer Kat Wright in South Burlington, Stowe, and Bellows Falls. In December, VSO's family-friendly Holiday Pops orchestra is joined by vocalist Myra Flynn in Barre, Burlington, and Rutland. 2023 is rounded out with Brass Quintet and Counterpoint Chorus concerts in Newport, Warren, Grafton, and Manchester.
