Simon Pearce

1760 Quechee Main St., Quechee, VT
Open Year Round

Since the beginning, Simon’s life has centered around functional, sophisticated design. Creating designs that bring pleasure and inspiration with every use, every day. The Simon Pearce Restaurant serves farm-fresh dishes in handblown glassware and pottery made onsite.

Growing up in Ireland with a family of artisans, attention to detail and aesthetics were part of his everyday experience. At age 16, Simon began his craft as an apprentice at his father’s pottery studio. From there, he went on to work with notable glassmakers all over Europe before opening his namesake studio. Inspired by centuries-old Georgian glassmaking techniques and using the finest natural materials.

Perched atop the falls of the Ottauquechee River, overlooking a covered bridge, the flagship in Quechee also offers glassblowing demonstrations, a renowned restaurant, and bar. The Mill at Simon Pearce is a wonderful way to experience Vermont. Using fresh local ingredients, thoughtfully prepared creative American cuisine, all while enjoying views of the Ottauquechee River waterfall. Experience Simon Pearce’s handmade glassware and pottery.
