Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks is a multi-generational family business that has shared the process of Vermont maple sugaring with visitors for nearly 60 years. The origins of the present day Morse Farm go back to the mid 1960s when Harry Morse Sr. decided that he wanted a business that offered visitors an early version of agritourism.

Harry Sr.'s son, Harry Jr. - known as "Burr" - eventually took over the business from his father, and the present day Morse Farm bears the imprimatur of Burr's many creative impulses. Burr retired in 2022, turning the business over to his nephew, Jake Shattuck, who continues the tradition of Morse Family ownership.

A visit to Morse Farm can include visiting the sugarhouse, syrup tastings, a maple trail, goats (which have become Instagram famous) and world famous Morse Farm maple creemees (Vermont's distinctive version of soft serve ice cream), and the chance to experience the beauty of Vermont's working landscape.

Morse Farm is open daily year round - check website for seasonal hours.
