Take a walk through the sugarhouse where you can see their King Style Maple Evaporator and watch a short video on the history of maple syrup. Back in the 6,000 square foot retail store, you can take a peek into the USDA certified smokehouse where you might get a chance to see Dakin's Master Smoker, Bob, perform his craft of glazing and spiral-slicing their hams to perfection.
