Quechee Gorge Gifts & Sportswear

6053 Woodstock Rd., Quechee, VT
Open Year Round

Vermont’s “Little Grand Canyon.” Enjoy the walking trail along the mile-long chasm and take in the beautiful vistas from 162 feet above the Ottauquechee River. Souvenirs, Vermont maple products, gifts and sportswear.

The gorge is 165 feet deep and is the deepest gorge in Vermont. It serves as a popular tourist attraction in Quechee State Park and can be viewed from the US Route 4 bridge and from a trail. The Ottauquechee River flows through the bottom of the gorge and is a popular swimming area.

The original trestle was replaced first by a wooden arch bridge, then in 1911 by one made of steel. At one time the 163-foot (49.7 m) high structure may have been the highest railroad bridge in New England.

Come celebrate family, friends and traditions at Quechee Gorge Gifts and Sportswear, one of Vermont’s oldest premier, family-owned, and operated gift shop. You will find Vermont souvenirs, including glassware, novelty bear, moose, deer figurines, a whole children’s toy section of whimsical gifts and stuffed animals. There’s also whole variety of clothing for the entire family, including sweatshirts and t-shirts. Minnetonka moccasins in every size and color are available.

Enjoy the hiking trails. Snack bar offers ice cream and sandwiches. Pan for gemstones at the panning sluice.
