The Tillerman is an inspired farmhouse inn and restaurant, restored and reimagined from its 1790s bones, located just outside the vibrant town of Bristol, Vermont.
Pull up a chair for a farm-to-table dinner. The Tillerman is invested in their community and supporting local farmers, makers, and cultivators. The open kitchen with a wood-fired oven is the heart of the restaurant. Bountiful, crisp salads, roasted vegetables, and sourdough pizzas are served family-style. The restaurant is open year-round, Wednesday-Saturday from June through December, Wednesday-Sunday from January through May.
The bedrooms are fresh and cozy with organic mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, towels and linen duvets. Each room is unique with bespoke, tiled en suite bathrooms, original artwork, hardwood floors and vintage wool rugs - the perfect blend of classic, modern, and whimsy. All rooms are outfitted with Ursa Major bath products, a mini fridge, and air conditioning. A light breakfast is included. The Inn is open year-round, 7 days a week.
