The M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon Sports & Fitness Expo is happening Friday, May 22 and Saturday, May 23, and it's free and open to everyone. You don't have to be running the race to come check it out.
Expect dozens of vendors with the latest running shoes, gear, and nutrition; demos and giveaways; guest speakers; fun games like Expo Bingo and riddle-based giveaways for tickets to Higher Ground; and a free comedy show. It's a fun stop even if you're just race-curious or looking for a new pair of sneakers.
