June 5 - June 7
Naulakha, the estate of author Rudyard Kipling, is normally open only to overnight guests, but on this weekend it opens to visitors for self-guided tours. Visitors have open access to the three buildings and the grounds of this historic landmark, including the spectacular football field-length rhododendron tunnel at a time when the flowers are likely to be in bloom. Many people bring a picnic and enjoy the views.
