For the foodie or sausage aficionado: Join the Babette's Table crew and get a hands-on lesson in making pork sausage. They'll talk meat quality, ratios, and seasoning. Learn the cuts of pork that make the best sausage as well as participate in grinding, stuffing and sealing sausages to take home. After the class, they will share sausage samples and students will go home with 2lbs of sausage.
