Celebrate the Lunar New Year with traditional foods! Organized by the Asian Cultural Center of Vermont, artist and chef Cai Xi of Cai’s Dim Sum Catering will teach participants how to make a Chinese dish from scratch. A list of ingredients will be provided in advance.
